From the I-215
Exit the 215 going North at Rainbow.
Continue on Rainbow past Spring Valley Hospital and make a right onto Tropicana.
On your right you will pass a gas station (on the corner), Walgreens and then another office building. At the 4th driveway, you will see an orange and white stone marker that reads "The West Tropicana Urgent Care Center". Turn into that driveway. Be sure to turn into the parking lot with The Centre sign. (NOT Spanish Trails Office Park)
Drive to the 2nd building in the back. The entrance to the executive suites is just behind the Urgent care center. Enter the building through the double doors that read MAIN LOBBY and either take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. The office is in Suite 250. Tell the receptionist you have arrived and she will let me know you are here.
